Unique production process:
The footballs are manufactured using a complex two-colour injection moulding process. In this process, the colours of the balls are not simply printed on, but the raw material is dyed accordingly. The raw material used is high-impact polystyrene, a thermoplastic that is particularly characterised by its resistance to impact, temperature and weathering. This production process makes the footballs completely abrasion-resistant, extremely durable and colourfast. The ball surface, with its traditional football pattern, is free of seams and injection moulding residues. The smooth and fast ball surface gives the football optimal rolling characteristics.
This special, complicated production process for the balls is patented and also registered as a trademark with the patent office. The ball weight of 24 g is ideal and the ball diameter of 35 mm is the most popular tournament size. This means that the foosball ball can be played on all standard foosball tables. Alternatively, we can also supply you with a ball weighing 17 g and with a ball diameter of 32 mm.
The foosball ball is also ideal for promotional use due to its versatility. Individual colour combinations can be varied and produced separately on request.
